Bishop’s Stortford Running Club is a friendly, welcoming community of runners from Bishop’s Stortford and the surrounding area. We have several hundred members of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to experienced marathon and ultra runners.
We offer coaching and racing at every distance from 5K upwards, on road and trail, plus a busy social calendar. Our multisport section, Stortford Tri, covers triathlon, duathlon, swimming and cycling.
Founded in 1983, the club celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2023. Our aim is the same as it was at the start: to help each other reach our goals, big or small — and to remember that running is meant to be fun.
